Mark is a great trainer and you definitely feel the burn! This is the perfect workout if you don’t like to work out or don’t have a lot of time.

I get more of a workout in 30 minutes then if I went to the gym and worked out for an hour on my own!

“Feeling Better Than Ever!”

I love fact that every work out is different, challenging and unique.  You never get bored doing the same thing over and over again and we are always learning something new!  I can honestly say that I am excited about working out! I came into the program wanting to tone up and have more energy- and that’s exactly what I have gotten from it.

As a work at home mom of 2, by mid afternoon I was always exhausted!  Not only do I feel like a whole new person, with tons of energy – (even after the 5:30 am workouts) I can see such a change in myself, mentally and physically.  It’s a huge stress reliever for me!  My overall appearance has changed and I am more tone than I have ever been. After 2 kids I have people telling me I look better than I have ever looked, and I feel better than I ever have!

This program has helped me to have an overall lifestyle change, with eating healthier and taking better care of myself!  I love everything about it and look forward in my future progress!

Before moving to SC I had trained 3 X’s a week an hour each session. Now with MVP I get great results in 2 hours a week. I feel great loosing inches and pounds.

Spending time on exercises without results…Not now!

My doc even had to lower the dosage of my medication

I have suffered with thyroid disease and an autoimmune disease for over 3 years. While I was being treated, I gained over 40 lbs and had to limit exercise due to a rapid heart beat. I was sinking into depression and was stressed beyond belief. Once I was cleared from my doctor after radiation treatment, a friend invited me to join her at  MVP Training Studio for a trial week.
 
I had marveled at her results but after hearing her stories about the classes I was concerned I would be fit enough to even make it through one class. Mark allowed me to attend classes for a week for free just to check it out so I figured I didn’t have much to lose.
 
I attended 3-30 minute classes that week even though it was super hard, and I was more sore than I had been in a long time, I was hooked. The upbeat music, varied interval exercises and great instruction from Mark made me believe that this was something I could do long term. Since that first week, I have been a regular attending a minimum of 3 – 4 classes a week.
 
After 15 weeks, I am honestly in the best shape of my life! I have loads of energy, more stamina and endurance than I ever had and have lost 6 inches overall. Having no thyroid function and having to supplement with hormone medication, I was fearful that I was doomed to be overweight for the rest of my life. I no longer worry about that. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. And it is true what they say, don’t pay attention to the scale, it’s just numbers.
 
I am down 2 dress sizes even though I have only lost 3 pounds. And my most recent check up revealed a wonderful resting heart rate and my doc even had to lower the dosage of my medication since it is based on body mass. My stress level is super low. You would be surprised how much better you feel after working out for 30 minutes.
 
I look forward to the classes and have met some wonderful people who I enjoy working out with. Mark always shows us the proper technique for each exercise before we do it and is quick to advise us on how to modify them to fit our ability. He encourages us to push ourselves and praises us for our hard work.
 
I just can’t say enough good things about MVP Training Studio and the program they offer. Looking forward to what the next 3 months of progress looks like!

Able To Workout At My Level

Mark is an excellent trainer…he shows genuine interest, as well as being motivating, encouraging and caring. Mark provides a wide variety of exercise routines that range in a good mix of difficulty. Young, old or in-between could benefit greatly from Mark’s exercise and nutrition expertise.

No More Pain!

I have been working out with Mark for about one year. He has helped me to strengthen my entire body. No longer do I hurt from the work I do on my job. Before working out with Mark, I use to sleep with a heating pad to ease the pain in my arms,shoulders and back. NO MORE! Thanks Mark!
