Mark is an excellent trainer…he shows genuine interest, as well as being motivating, encouraging and caring. Mark provides a wide variety of exercise routines that range in a good mix of difficulty. Young, old or in-between could benefit greatly from Mark’s exercise and nutrition expertise.
