Here at MVP we have helped hundreds of bodies transform. We have several different levels of training. You are able to do Group Fitness Training, 1 on 1 Private Training, and 2-4 person Semi-private Training.
- Group Fitness Training is only 30 minutes and get you the results you are after. Imagine… getting results in only 30 min. and having the rest of the day to do what you want! The music is high energy so the 30 minutes goes by fast and keeps you energized the whole time. We use timed intervals so you don’t have to worry about counting reps and doing a certain amount before moving on, which makes it great for all levels of fitness.
- Private Training is for the individual who needs that one-on-one attention with more tailoring to your specific fitness goals. You will get a complete meal plan with suggestions so you can still eat the foods you love. Included in the meal plan are recipes and grocery lists to make it as easy as possible for you to get results. Never worry about what to eat again. No more extreme fad diets! Teaching and helping you achieve the necessary lifestyle changes are what we focus on to get the BEST you!
- Semi-Private Training is a great way to keep each other motivated and accountable plus help build and strengthen your relationships. We keep it fun and always make sure you are getting results. If you are at different fitness levels, no worries, we can differentiate the programs to make it work for you. Having that “workout partner” will push you to new levels! From the fun music to the friendly competition your results can turn out better than ever!
