Before training, I was overweight, out of shape, and I had no energy at all. All I wanted to do was eat and lay around. I didn’t want to work out or exercise in front of a lot of other people. My self-confidence had reached an all time low. The private one-on-one sessions have really helped me a lot.
I have lost about 25 pounds so far in almost 3 months, but it’s not just that. I’m wearing clothes that I haven’t worn in 3 or 4 years and I can actually run up and down the basketball court again in my men’s league. I have never felt better in my life. I have lost weight the right way and my body feels so much better.
