I have been training with MVP for 2 months, starting my 3rd month now
To be honest, I didn’t really have any goals. I just knew that I wanted to force myself to work out consistently for 30 days…..and now I’ve signed up for 6 months. I wasn’t doing it to lose weight or anything, just to try and learn consistency. Don’t get me wrong I need to lose weight but that wasn’t my initial goal.
I am BLOWN away at losing inches and being able to really tell in my clothes. I have gone down 2 pants sizes in 2 months and that’s just mind blowing to me. I can see definition in my arms and my legs. Since having back surgery a year and half ago, my core was so weak, and it still needs lots of work, but I can tell I am gaining strength. I also was shocked that I went from 5lb weights to 10-15lbs on some of the exercises. It just feels good.
Mark is AWESOME! Mark obviously is passionate about health and taking care of your mind and body. He is no pressure, no gimmicks, not trying to sell you anything – it’s a nice approach. He’s very motivating and sends out lots of support via email and videos weekly. He’s not in your face screaming at you, he’s calm, and helps you when you are struggling. It’s been so nice and honestly – I feel relaxed!
I would recommend this program because there is no pressure. There are people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities in the classes. Nobody judges! Nobody cares what you are doing in the class, they are all focused on themselves. It’s the hardest 30 minutes of the day – but once you do it – YOUR DAY IS CHANGED! I have found that I have more energy, focus, and if I miss a class – I am so upset! It has truly changed my life and I can’t wait to keep going and get stronger!
