I’ve been going to Mark’s group boot camp workout at MVP Training Studio for a year and a half now. I feel like it’s helped with my energy levels. They’re good about working all different muscle groups and changing it up so you don’t get bored. He’s good at pushing us but to our limits to get the best results possible. He’s creative in getting his clients to perform. I’ve gained muscle and definition in my body through toning and I’ve just had really good results working out through his company. I’ve never stuck with one thing for this long!
