I am at my 11th week at MVP Training Studio. I continue to come back because Mark is a terrific trainer who motivates and encourages you; and, because I have seen results that I haven’t experienced in Y-E-A-R-S with 20 lbs and 10 inches down! Still a ways to go but, that is a healthy loss over an 11 week period and that’s what I’m looking for…healthy changes! I’ve noticed a number of changes in myself since working out at MVP Training Studio: my mobility and agility have markedly improved; the swelling in my ankles has disappeared; my blood pressure is lower; I am stronger; and, I generally just feel better;
I already have recommended it to several people but, moreover, I’m not recommending a “studio”…I’m recommending Mark Vymislicky…a trainer extraordinaire…a trainer who is always encouraging you, always pushing you, always interested in you and always trying to keep you interested.
